Product Description:

Cue-Lure Block is a slow-release solid lure used in traps to attract male fruit flies, mainly Bactrocera species, especially melon fly types. It is widely used for monitoring and mass trapping in cucurbit crops, helping to reduce fruit damage and suppress pest populations in an eco-friendly manner.

How to Use:

Place one Cue-Lure Block inside the lure holder of the vegetable fruit fly trap. Close the trap securely before field installation.

Insects Caught:

Male fruit flies (Bactrocera species), particularly melon flies.

Dosage: 5 traps per acre for best results. Hang the traps 1–2 meters above ground level or at the canopy level of the host plant in shaded areas near the crop.

Recommended Crops:

Suitable for managing fruit fly infestations in cucurbit crops such as watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber, pumpkin, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, and other gourds.

Lasts for:

Up to 3 months under normal field conditions.
